Public Employees Grievance Procedure

WELCOME

Employees at West Virginia University may seek resolution of employment related disputes through the Public Employees Grievance Procedure, established by the legislature in W. Va. Code ยงยง6C-2-1, et seq. WVU’s Chief Grievance Administrator, acting as the President’s designee, reviews grievances at the first level.

MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the grievance procedure is to resolve disputes in a fair, efficient manner to maintain good morale and enhance employee job performance.
