Employees at West Virginia University may seek resolution of employment related disputes through the Public Employees Grievance Procedure, established by the legislature in W. Va. Code §§6C-2-1, et seq. WVU’s Chief Grievance Administrator, acting as the President’s designee, reviews grievances at the first level.
MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of the grievance procedure is to resolve disputes in a fair, efficient manner to maintain good morale and enhance employee job performance.
